Something isn't working.
And no matter how hard you try, you can't seem to fix it on your own.
Maybe it's a relationship that keeps falling apart. Maybe it's the way you show up when someone gets close, or when they pull away. Maybe it's the exhaustion of being the person everyone leans on while quietly wondering who is there for you. Maybe you can't quite name it. You just know something needs to change.
Therapy is where you finally put it down for an hour and let someone help you make sense of it.
Therapy Services
A steady, honest space to understand what you've been carrying and where it's actually coming from.
Therapy here is not about fixing you or telling you to move on. Many clients come in unsure of what they even need to say. We start exactly there.
Some sessions focus on what happened. Others focus on how it's showing up right now, in your relationships, in the way you talk to yourself, in the patterns you keep repeating even when you don't want to. We meet consistently so you're not carrying all of it alone between sessions.
Over time, most clients notice something shift. Not because the pain disappears, but because it finally has a place to be understood.
Session length: 50 minutes
Frequency: Typically 3 sessions per month with a built-in integration week for rest, reflection, and processing between sessions.
What therapy may include
Talking through your experiences at your own pace, without having to perform strength or have the right words.
Understanding why your reactions feel intense, confusing, or hard to control, and where those responses actually learned to fire that way.
Exploring patterns in your relationships, why you over-give, why you shut down, why you choose people who aren't fully available, or push away the ones who are.
Processing grief and loss, whether that is a person, a relationship, a version of yourself, or the love you needed growing up and didn't get.
Learning to share what you feel and ask for what you need without guilt or fear.
Rebuilding trust in yourself and, over time, in other people.
Reconnecting with who you are outside of what you do for everyone else.
Is this a good fit?
This work may be right for you if:
You keep ending up in the same painful patterns in relationships, even with different people.
You feel anxious, clingy, or shut down in love and you don't fully understand why.
You find yourself asking why do I always end up here again after every relationship ends.
You function well on the outside but privately feel exhausted, disconnected, or lost.
You've spent so long taking care of others that you've stopped knowing what you actually want or feel.
You're grieving something, a person, a relationship, or a version of yourself, and you haven't had a real place to put it.
You're tired of asking what's wrong with you and ready to actually find out what's going on.
